Since they know they're going to get fucked if they work for an employer in a lot of cases a lot of millennials are just taking whatever jobs or opportunities come their way.

It's a very different economy compared to what Boomers and Generation X'ers are used to where you work your way up to being able to pay off a mortgage within half your life time especially with housing prices being completely retarded.
