I still remember when I saw the Game of Thrones clip where they were having this negotiation on a very tall bridge and what they had done was surround the whole place in volumetric fog with one very detailed dragon model LOL. Yeah, come on, they couldn't even be bothered doing it on a lake or something with a half-decent water shader.
