Yes this is true, but there's no denying the profiteering element for businesses because the numbers are all there. The rich people don't care about poor communities or the areas they ruin with their behaviour because they can keep padding their accounts with government payments and rent money either from government subsidies or just the general money flowing in while they go off holidaying in rich neighbourhoods that no one else can afford to live in.

Just to help you guys understand why because I've done my own research into this. As some of you may already know I own a property now and recently finished renovations on it. I checked out the rental prices in my area and the amount I could actually rent out this property for and likely have an endless income until the day I day would probably make you throw up and purely from a financial perspective I would probably be better off dumping the property on somebody here in the UK to rent out and then going off partying in a foreign country somewhere for cheap. There's a reason these cunts are all trying to stuff several migrant families into one house or hotel and it's because the rent you can get for doing that per room is ridiculous.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you guys that there's a nefarious plot at work but I feel like it goes deeper and just trying to inform you of the numbers I'm seeing.
