It's like how when SJWs go for blind hiring not even knowing the names of their candidates and they end up hiring more men as a result. This is all linked and something a lot of people are uncomfortable even now discussing openly because they don't want to admit a lot of female success is down to diversity hiring fucking over men for their positions and that's why they're 'outperforming' men economically now.
