The real money is going to be in machine learning 3D model movement and voice overs, that way the AI just handles the stuff it's potentially capable of rather than poorly patching together images from across the internet. If people start learning how to move 3D models on their own and generate content pretty effortlessly then that's probably going to end up ousting the women from these industries big time.
You might not be able to have sex androids yet, but we're certainly getting to the point of being able to move 3D models pretty efficiently especially with stuff like mocap. I'm thinking of these demos I've seen where programmers have been using machine learning to help their characters learn how to walk using rigidbodies and stuff like that. There's no reason why you couldn't potentially extend this to a nude 3D model using game engine tech.

In all seriousness from what I've understood of the 3D porn mods and everything in games because character artists are proper character artists in a lot of cases they have to make anatomically correct models for the games. So the people making these sorts of mod have essentially just lifted the models straight from the game assets and edited them up slightly or gotten them from similar sources. LoversLab is mainly what I'm thinking of and bethesda games in general just get modded the fuck out of so the female models are replaced with more attractive ones.
