See the games industry as an example of this, they're giving all of these jobs to political activists who are loyalists to the cause. They're not paying these people because they enjoy video games.

They've got to make sure as well that there are no businesses or any form of competition outside of the system you can only exist within the system. So to them spending a couple of million to buyout any potential threat is worth it in the long run to maintain their global order even if that's a shit ton of money for the average person. It all becomes even more blatant when you see teachers for example being caught acting as borderline paedophiles for the WEF and they simply get shifted to another area of their movement after they get caught, the dumb normies being none the wiser.
