This is classic ratchet conservatism. The destruction of women's spaces is the end of a process that began with the destruction of men's spaces. By explicitely ignoring men in this resolution, what they're effectively stating is:

"We're going to concede the point that men don't have the right to their own spaces, but women do. From now on, the political discourse will revolve around the definition of female and person, rather than upholding fundamental rights regardless of how far we've strayed from that principal."

It inherently hypocritical because they're arguing both that women are different from men, requiring their own spaces, but men are not different from women, and so don't require such spaces.

It's woke as fuck and not any sort of victory to be celebrated.

Edit: Didn't notice "grants" or "scholarships" the first time through; so women can get affirmative action but not men? This is utter feminist bullshit.
