Thus far, its a toss-up between Rising of the Shield Hero and Re:Zero for a more serious story, with Konosuba for comedy. I also like Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun for comedy too.

I haven't watched/read Mushoku Tensei yet though, but I imagine it'll be on similar levels to the former two I mentioned since people hype it up a lot.

No Game No Life is a really fun isekai to watch, but unfortunately it never got a second season which people have been clamoring for for years.
