I'm almost going to defend woman on this one, it's everybody, lots of people are fucking imbeciles when it comes to security and self-defence. My family members thought I was being overkill with my house because of the type of gate and fencing I picked to go around the garden. Meanwhile they're total dipshits about their own security and wonder why stuff gets stolen out their garden and it's because of the location. When we were looking at houses together they told me places where they were looking at and I didn't even get out of bed because I knew the area and how much of a shithole it was. Also made a note of right of access and whether it was proper private land or not.

I mean I remember online I remember somebody clearly joking a bit ( I'm not that bad :P ) but they thought it was 'Navy Seal level' to be able to take note of the cameras and where they're positioned at a glance. Why do I do that? Because if you're ever attacked out there best thing you can do is make sure even if you lose you get footage and especially if you win and your attackers try to turn the tables on you in court so you can easily make an argument for self-defence.
