I really, really like Dr. Stone, and wish it had been more successful.

But whenever I hear an unfitting line that was clearly put in by Americans, I think back to this.

Which is also why I completely understand why so many here would rather stick to the subtitled versions of anime. I get it, believe me. But I'm just not that fast a reader--it was hard for me to watch, say, Bakemonogatari and all related series because of how quickly words and their translations flashed onscreen.
