Stop confirming my prejudices with credible eye witness testimony, fyi, this is exactly what my schools were like. They barely fucking taught anything if ever, the worse school I went to also had fights in the hallways and in the playground on the daily.

For comparison, I grew up in one of the most leftist areas in the country, it got so bad at one of my schools after I had left allegedly riot police had to be called in to contain the situation because it was a bunch of Muslim kids absolutely whaling on a different Muslim kid. When the ethnic minorities run out of white people to beat up on, they start turning on each other instead, we see this in New York with how blacks are targeting asians, it's just a fact.

It's not just a case of getting a good education, which was non-existent even when I went. If you are putting your kid in public school especially these days you are putting them in physical danger. Even when I managed to end up getting in my parents face about it and going to an 'alright' school where there was less concerns about fighting etc. you still had to deal with bullshit and the education was just as shite.

I also want to point out, it's not a case of discipline however adults like to try and paint it. The biggest problems are the class sizes and the fact that you simply can't get rid of the troublemaking arseholes that inevitably plague these schools. The reason of course is because it's all about quotas and getting bodies to fill the seats. The administrations of these places lost touch with the supposed goal of public education decades ago.

I won't give away too many details about my own situation for obvious doxxing reasons, but you would not believe the shit you're in for in the U.S when it comes to public schooling. What you witnessed OP is just the surface level shit that's going on. The funniest thing as well is with regards to education is I've turned out to be one of the normal ones somehow because I knew how to keep my head down for the most part. A couple of others I talked to about a specific school I went to looked like they had PTSD when they were talking about it and I don't really blame them.
