I think the police have done it because they know how god damn good this video looks for them; They've got an an honest to god video of heroes showing up and slaying a literal demon.

Yep. They were somewhat cautious at the start, but once the sound of her gun gave away her rough location they charged through that building at full speed and dropped her before she could even react. Fucking based.
