she's a government employee of the school district who used taxpayer funds to buy food which she then apparently diverted to another buyer. she got away with it for 1.5 years. July 2020 to Feb 2022. nobody caught on until long after when the district being $300k over its annual food budget triggered an audit. chicken wings are not even on the school's menu.
