So, men don't want kids...so Japan takes their money in taxes and throws it at women who already wanted kids but couldn't find a sucker to leech off.
Seems like women have set up the perfect racket. Make having kids hell for anyone who falls for it, make sure all spending on fixing birth rates lands in their wallets.
