Oh, my, I have a full-body wolf puppet that ordinarily just looks like a normal stuffed toy moulded into a normal canine sitting position. Before legalization, I used to stash my stuff in his head. I call him "Junior". You stick your hand up his butt to make him "talk" (and he is fairly large.)

That would probably make this Karen's head fly right off.

As for the troll, well, at least they fixed those ugly, uncanny valley faces they originally had. And this isn't exactly the first case of poor toy design out there, fail!blog and youtube have had lots of similar examples.
