For those types of people, I have three questions.

  1. What do you think is more hermetic? A pair of underwear and jeans, or that little mask on your face held by flimsy elastics?

  2. When you fart and you're wearing jeans, can you still smell it?

  3. Considering that a virus is about 1000 times smaller than the fecal matter particles that come out when you fart, what makes you think that the flimsy, non-hermetic mask will have any effect on stopping them?

Normies become all riled up by the mainstream media on a daily basis. Attempting to unplug them is mostly an exercise in futility, but if you can manage to find a way to explain things in a way that they can test themselves, sometimes their common sense can take over for an issue or two. It's not much, but it's a beginning, at least.

Edit: Hmm. Well, it seems that I've been schooled about smells.
