opposition to the 1999 Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court and includes persecution on the basis of gender as a crime against humanity.

Someone should file formally against feminist countries that they are breaking the 1999 Rome Statute and are therefore guilty of crimes against humanity. I'm going to do some research on whether it can be used that way.

As for why they wanted to throw out the definition of gender? Because defending either gender from persecution is more likely to fall against women rather than for them. This has nothing to do with trannies, it's about women in power covering their asses because they're about to do some persecuting.
