A rural county that voted 75% gop/25% dem last election could vote 76% gop/24% dem, or 74% gop/26% dem this election. Neither of these occurrences would 'trigger suspicion' in me. Many rural counties moving left (or right) in an area makes sense and is simply explained by the dem (or gop) population in that area turning out more. And of course Trump won in 2016 because he shifted rural counties red (which I also don't think is evidence of cheating).

But sure, it's possible there was a cheating operation that targeted rural counties in Pennsylvania too.
