Shepard Smith cut him off in the middle of his "it's not over yet" speech. Besides sending dueling electors to the Senate, the US has no legal mechanism for a disputed election. It can't happen. Trusted local election authorities announce the results, the media confirms, and the Senate rubber stamps it.
