The obvious solution is to designate parts of existing prisons for them like we do with the other pedophiles. So this guy should have been in a special section of the male prison. Or let the general population deal with him. He's not a woman but he's the closest thing a lot of the other inmates have seen in years. We could kill 2 birds with one stone that way.
