It’s a declaration, a promise, that he and his cohort intend to push their advantage indefinitely. They will seek to siphon more of your resources and power forever.

So if they are telling you that they won’t ever stop, then you need to realize that they will need to be stopped. And rest assured that saying “no” will not give pause to people who have already decided to lie nonstop. Words mean nothing to them. Figure out the rest.
