People are definitely already getting away with more than what was possible a few days ago. Other's are reporting weirdly higher visibility from follows and contacts they felt were suppressed for months. Rekieta Law had his old suspended account vacated, so he was simply able to change his new account's name and essentially reclaim his old tag.
One speculation I've seen is that Twitter's Trust and Stasi team are panicked and turning off or deleting a lot of the suppressive controls they had in place, before Elon or any of his new people can get in and see exactly what was being played with behind the curtain.
EDIT: Robinson being the exception may just be because it's still fashionable and safe to use him as a scapegoat and a punchbag. YT and even the British establishment are shameless in how they shit on him, not even Musk taking over Twitter would make some janny scared of personally deleting Robinson's tweets.
