I agree about not listing them on sex offender registries....

But probably not for the reason she does.

I don't think we should have the lists at all. The idea with prison is part punishment and part keeping a threat to society away from it. You do your time, you register, well society obviously thinks you're still a threat, so why get released?

If they're enough of a threat that we feel the need to track them just do away with the list and keep them locked up for good.
