I heard that Disney bought Star Wars because they wanted something that appealed to boys. I can't believe that is true.
It is, just not in the way people thought it was. They didn't want to appeal to men, they wanted to destroy it for ESG funds from Ann Cairns' 30% Club.
Looks like they're starting to run out of cash though. Disney got downgraded from buy to hold.
