No, what you're talking about was endemic to German culture. The Nazis just lied about eliminating it, like most groups trying to gain power. The thing about a judge "believing a child to look over the age of 14" was also common in a lot of countries - and probably still is in some. Some judges being perverted old men also has nothing to do with Germany specifically.

This is like blaming the Taliban for Bacha bazi. Yeah they're terrible in their own way but have nothing to do with that.

Even if you're talking about leftists in general, I don't think they all want that. That is the endgame of their "break down the family" ideology but many don't realize it. But much of this stuff happens in traditional cultures too.
