It's not even physically intensive jobs either but mentally intensive jobs. Every guy I know in Investment Banking that isn't brainwashed by the State's propaganda hates women in the finance industry because women in finance cause men's workload to go up. The companies consider women "equal" to men so they hire the same number of workers and in jobs where you were already working 80 hours a week, this is disastrous. The women DO NOT actually work as hard as the men. The MDs/Directors/VPs all roll out the red carpet for the women and they get away with so much. The men, especially the white men, are expected to pickup the slack and the men don't get any additional recognition. The women get fast tracked into management and higher positions. The only perk for men is that the women are always huge sluts and the guys get to fuck them but the guys have to work more in the end for it. I don't think it's a great trade-off tbh. I'd rather just fuck sluts with my off-time, which I'd get more of with less women in the office.

I know an IB shop in-town that had the majority of the team quit because it was already a lean shop when the bank decided to go all woke. When they went all woke, the workload for the remaining white guys shot up immensely and they weren't paid any more for it. The expectations just went up. The bank mandated 30% of new hires had to be women, with most of the 100% of new hires being at least POCs if not women. The city is 70% white and one of the guys who worked there told me for their summer intern positions, of the 9 candidates they were interviewing that were picked by HR, 7 of them were black, 1 was white and 1 was asian. My friend asked HR what was going on with regard to the candidate pool's race and the HR Manager said it was "their most diverse recruitment ever". My friend told the HR Manager that there was nothing diverse about 7/9 black people.

The working world is changing and not for the best. It is significantly worse for everyone now.
