That's why the whole "crossed state lines / shouldn't have been there" argument is moot. Kyle is justified either way. But let's say hypothetically that makes any sense, why would someone care about this verdict so much? They'd be calling it a tragedy for both sides that shouldn't have happened and saying nobody should be prosecuted, or calling for the other side to be prosecuted now.

And if they're claiming that the people who attacked Kyle are "victims" it proves their argument is disingenuous. They're just being leftists and throwing out random fake gotchas to see what sticks.
