By the definition of YOUR OWN RULES his comment doesn't even satisfy the descriptors YOU laid out. This is your own ego getting in the way of your own rules. It makes me sick when people power trip like that.

"Come and Take Them" style posts are fine, but when you're pushing that you're capable of making "IRA style nail bombs" and "makeshift claymores" and that you will hide them, and should talk to loved ones, and that children will be happy you are gone... then you've done literally everything possible to insinuate that you intend to kill federal agents.

He insinuated that it's easy to make and hide bombs, not that he DID make and hide bombs or was going to use them.

Again, this is YOUR interpretation of his comments, which weren't even actually directed at an actual person, nor did they actually infer any actual violence would occur, nor actually promote an actual violent act, nor endorse any said act. The only way you could come to that conclusion is in the supposition that violence would occur, but nothing in his statements infers any actual violent act.

In fact, him saying the children will be happy they're gone could very well relate to any random accident occurring throughout the day, from falling over a banister to ending up in a car crash. YOU made the leap to connecting his comments directly to violence.
