It's not as if they grew up in the type of "liberal democratic" society you argue against, which would have propagandized them with values of "peaceful protest", "can't we all just get along", and "vote your way out". There are only two options: "Give my wife to the local reeducation camp so the guards can have fun with her." and "Murder them all." The Chinese people are just as complicit as the authorities. Make them hurt so they'll pressure the government to pull out. ​(this was obviously a miscalculation)

Would also not be surprised to learn some of those attacks were false flags.

You may tell me that the terrorist attacks happened before the reeducation camps started. I don't care. They are engaged in total war for power and control, not morality. I couldn't care less who wins. I empathize with anyone fighting the CCP, but will also be happy with one less Muslim region to worry about.
