This is literally like if during the Cold War it was American officials always reminding everyone in the world "but in America they beat the Negroes!", it's this kind of complete clown world insanity. It's just simply mass treason against America, by organized and coordinated campaign of diplomatic self-sabotage at the top of the government (and not an isolated incident). I don't know how you can see it as anything other, really strange you see this as any kind of American power.
