I speak from experience as someone who had the bad luck of living near pieces of shit like that for a while: black gangbangers are fucking retards. It's not enough that they're violent, murderous criminals, but they can't even be violent, murderous criminals with any discretion. They'll talk openly and loudly about their illicit activities, so much so that everyone in the building will hear them, and likely make the whole place smell like whatever drugs they're doing and dealing in.

Not that it matters in this case, because this asshole will be out in a day anyway.
