Trump is a complicated character now (Always has been honestly).
On one hand, his ability to draw crowds is second to none. There's no one on the right that has that ability so any one looking for the POTUS nomination will have to have his blessing, but that's not counting on him running himself in 2024 which is entirely possible.
Overall it'll be nice seeing him mobilize the base.
On the other hand, I think that Trump has ultimately been defeated. He's got no power and he'll have his legacy ignored and rebranded at every chance. He has no online presence and no method for rehabilitating his image to normies. He has a very hostile media relationship. And his only method of communication and organization is going to have to be through indirect channels. He has very little juice in the political system as all his allies have be relegated to Newsmax or political harassment or both. His adminstration was pot-marked with backstabbing and being undermined. With all that, I don't think Trump can, or will be able to, wield true power.
