Regional Lawfare is going to be all over the place, so some regions will be more legitimate than others. Even in Leftist territory, expect the progressive stack to shift within them as different groups start scrambling to the top of the higherarchy.

In fact, I predict that this will lead to the state secessionism that I've been talking about. Groups of people will not tolerate being ruled by Leftists, but will still stay in the US. Meaning that regions of states will openly defy state government and the Feds & States won't be able to enforce the law in certain counties. This will result in those counties co-operating together and deciding to either form anti-parallel governments or join other right-wing states.
