I think so?

Merck, J&J's duopoly competitor, has agreed to help produce the J&J to increase numbers going out. Strictly speaking, this means there will be two "strains" of the J&J vax, the original and the mimic blend, but once again, a major company sharing the exact production information with another major company (that has a financial interest in finding fault with their biggest competitor) implies things are more aboveboard than the ones only revealing what is legally required.

But I am no doctor, I'm not even a competent conspiracy theorist. I am just a quack on the internet. Assume I know nothing, and all I speak is lies, and confirm the information for yourself.

I think so, at least of the existing offerings its documentation shows it was done in the most "traditional" way compared to its alternatives, so while side-effects of this particular vaccine long-term are still a complete unknown, at least it has the backing of other, similar-but-still-different vaxxes to look back upon unlike the more "novel" creations.
