I get it that it's not a reasonable position. But don't spout your bullshit about Christianity needing to be transactional about compassion. That's not what Christ preached and you know it.

If Christianity is doomed then it's doomed. Faith doesn't compromise. It stands or dies on what it believes.

If you think god says otherwise, have the balls to say you're the voice of god and try it yourself. We're a bit overdue for a prophet.
