Artists trace things all the time. The blood and guts in your videogames is frequently traced if not outright photobashed from real images of blood and guts from everything from autopsy photos to motorbike accidents to murder scenes. It doesn't mean those artists are psychopaths.

This isn't Srhbutts style smoking gun proof of pedophilia. To give this person the benefit of the doubt, they probably draw infants because they themselves wish they could return to being an infant.
