FYI: Most bicoastals don't know about Cargill because it's not a publicly traded company. Cargill controls about 25% of the US's total agricultural exports and 22% of the US meat supply chain. Whatever evils you've heard about Monsanto, consider this: Monsanto is in the 200's of the Fortune 500. If Cargill was public, they'd be in the top 10, competing with AT&T for #9.
