We have the senate. We have the court system. We have the state legislatures, and particularly the ones that stand to gain seats under redistricting. In two years we'll take back the house with redistricting gains.

I see no reason for congressional republicans to give Biden anything.

Every one of his cabinet picks should be subjected to the same dragging that Trump's court picks received.
