I'd rather permanently abolish Land Tax. It doesn't effect as many people, but it's far more unethical in my opinion (Land Tax makes it impossible to opt out of larger society, meaning it forces people to engage on every level of the state).

But abolishing Income Tax is the next best thing IMO.
