Still, arguing for the ability of nonviolent felons to possess firearms is pretty radical, its not even something Scalia would argue, at least that I'm aware of. Don't quote me on that, though. Scalia has authored WAY too many opinions for me to go through all of them and look for that kind of thing.
EDIT: Also something I was unaware of till now, both the majority opinion judges on that case were Reagan-era appointments. Fucking digraceful.
