Brits are going to have to violate Rule 2 in order for it to be considered an actual uncucking and righting of the ship. We have seen time and again, being angry on the internet and shouting in the street does not actually stop the enemy from doing anything. The Left is absolutely not even the tiniest bit scared of any amount "showing them we have popular support and a mandate and the majority is angry". They fear real physical consequences, and the right has continually showed that is the one thing we are absolutely not willing to do. A huge portion of the Right is laboring under the false belief that with enough memes, Tweets, boat and truck parades, stickers, rallies, protests, demonstrations and big crowds waving flags that the Left is gonna have some epiphany "oh shit, we really made them mad and there's a lot of them. We'd better accept defeat before they actually come for us" moment.

It is never going to happen.

It's going to take actually coming for them. Which so far, no one on the right is willing to do. And the Left knows it. Which is why all the riots in the UK over the summer accomplished exactly fuck all. They all went home and got arrested a week later. Just like always. And frankly, I'm done expecting the 'next thing' to be the moment it happens. I'll believe it's possible after it happens, not before.
