EDIT: Eh, the difference between a 4070 and a 4070 Super seems to be much greater than between the 4070 Super and the 4070 Ti Super, while the cost difference is much smaller. I think the 4070 Super might be the best value here, and should have the capability to handle things for the next ten years.
