I'm particularly alarmed that the counter-sniper team clearly reacted BEFORE the first shot went off. It's hard to see, but the counter-sniper ducked his head, then the first shot went off, then he adjusted the tripod and raised his weapon.

I'm not even entirely sure that they were the ones that shot him. They might be, but my first question is why the fuck did they duck?
