You ever see or watch a video of someone who's been caught stealing or with some kind of contraband like drugs or something? They've got the item in one of their pockets, and they know it's there. So they almost instinctually go through this elaborate show of turning out all the rest of their pockets, backpack, purse, etc to show they don't have anything in hopes you won't notice that one place they skipped. That's what society is like with blacks. Deep down everyone knows they are intrinsically a massive drain and destructive element. But admitting that is the one thing they're not willing to do. So they have to go through a show of coming up with bigger and bigger elaborate and ridiculous excuses for why all the problems they cause aren't their fault. When the answer to a question is the one thing you cannot say above all else, but you're still required to give an answer, the only choice is to keep saying anything other than the one correct answer in hopes you can keep bullshitting long enough to make the question go away, or at least become someone else's problem.

Blacks are, by a vast majority, incompatible with advanced civilization. That is not to say 100% of them are, but it's close enough it might as well be 100%. It's like how human beings are mammals with 4 limbs. Yes, there is the occasional birth defect that makes some kid be born without legs or arms, but those rare exceptions don't alter the fundamental definition of human being. Blacks like Clarence Thomas or Thomas Sowell are rare genetic abnormalities. In other parts of the world, evolutionary selection for intelligence, problem solving, rational thought, long term planning, etc made sense because as Europeans or Asians made more advances to survive, being able to plan and devise more elaborate technology or systems made sense. That didn't happen in Africa. Maybe if they had been left alone for another thousand years it might have, but it didn't. They are still genetically the same agrarian tribesman every other race was 10,000 years ago. But as everyone else developed, and the smart long term thinkers had more kids than the violent brutes, leading to the races as a whole being disposed towards intelligence and planning, Africans never went through that.

If Africans had faced the same environmental and cultural pressures on their own as the rest of the world, and had been given enough time to let breeding and survival selection run its course, the genetics that created Dr. Ben Carson or Thomas Sowell might have become dominant and edged out the violent brute survival traits. But for a myriad of reasons we can debate all day, that didn't happen. The predominant genetic line of Africans and their descendants is still the violent short term thinking brute traits that everyone else mostly bred out thousands of years ago.

And then they got imported around the world to do manual labor and we're still dealing with the fallout. No amount of education or stable families or Christian values can wipe away the tendencies thousands of years of genetic preference imbued them with. At least not with thousands more years of those positive influences doing their best to force breeding selection for more advanced traits. It's simply not possible for it to happen in our lifetimes or even your great great great great grandchildren's lifetimes. As long as African descended people live among us, we're going to have to deal with the repercussions of a group whose only response to any problem is to try to beat it with a rock till it goes away and then dance around hooting when they've won. Either that or move them all back to Africa, quarantine the whole continent and watch from afar in hopes we'll get to witness their own version of the Greek Classical Enlightenment, inventing Roman infrastructure, the Renaissance, etc.
