These qualifications, in particular, are hilarious to me. Let's tackle them one at a time:

• "A demonstrable passion for inserting leftist politicking INTO gaming." is more like it. No way they are actually looking for people who like playing games. When is the last time we've seen that from one of these "gaming" sites? Fuck off.
• "Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills." -> Must be fully indoctrinated into leftist politics, and willing to put up with (and enforce) the radical leftist politics of everyone else employed here. Must also be willing to put pressure on any neutral/non-believers we may employ, to get them to see the error of their ways, and fall in line.
• "Ability to juggle a vibrant daily newsroom’s many needs with ambitious, long-term projects." -> There is going to be a lot of inter office drama to deal with (we know how the leftists act, even amongst themselves.. I'm thinking of that meeting they had where everyone kept injecting new crazy bullshit starting with "Point of privilege! Point of personal privilege!") There is also going to be a ton of extra-office drama as well, as the people you are managing will constantly be stirring shit up on Twitter.

It's simply incredible to me that people are weak-minded, weak-spirited enough to allow themselves to get indoctrinated into this crap. It's not natural/normal for people to think/behave like this.
