I figured because, for whatever reason, Twitter allows this account to exist. They post violent muslim stuff pretty routinely. If twitter were repeatedly banning their posts, they'd ban their account. Or at least that's how it used to go. And they arne't the type to delete their own. Since they basically exist to post this stuff.
