The worse thing isn't even necessarily the third world programmers it's the fact that many of these employers don't even know what they're hiring for or how to price it which is why if you're a programmer with even a decent and consistent skillset you should definitely consider opening your own business even if it's tough.

The dev guys will know what I'm writing about, you have employers making lists of shit they've clearly been told is what software people need to do stuff and it's already out of date and they can do the exact same thing with software that's free now. For example I could actually apply for the job currently at the lotus eaters, but the muppets were asking for people to do things in Sony Vegas when Blender could do the job just as well and then some for free. They are not informed on the latest software that can do the job better or just as well.

This kind of thing is all over the place and the employers also don't realise that the people doing tech work on the cheap are inevitably going to be cutting corners big time with pre-made assets and stuff like that if it's 3D or they'll be shamelessly trying to cheat with their code copy-pasting from other sources and that's all so they can give the appearance they're doing the job and bumping down the prices.

I hate all of it and yes this is something really noticeable about them, even on youtube you see the Indians trying to make tutorials on youtube and infest that part of the internet and they get ripped apart in the comments sometimes. A lot of the stuff they do is just weird and completely unnecessary. You ever wonder why it's so prevalent for studios to constantly use a mismatch of pre-made bought assets among other things in projects now? It's because of this and it gets extremely jarring after awhile.

TLDR: Third world programmers are a big problem in tech but the employers who are retards and don't know what they're hiring for are worse because they enable it
