I get where you're coming from and there are definitely people like that in the left, however I don't underestimate how many earnest morons there are in their ranks. What I mean by that is they'll seriously believe this shit and that is why even when faced with the evidence they'll bullshit everyone. You have to remember these are the types of people who live in a bubble like CNN journalists and they really believe that the only people who would disagree with them are a bunch of white hillbilly rednecks.
