You see, SV was able to repel a 1974 invasion by the north, but lost a lot of equipment doing it. This assistance would have helped South Vietnam repel the 1975 invasion.

So, in a way, Biden is responsible for both the fall of Saigon and the fall of Kabul. Obama was not kidding when he said to never underestimate Biden's ability to fuck things up.
