But to your point, you'd likely have to log into a PSN account on your playstation in order to play those censored games. With the exception of Stellar Blade. I think that's single player. But it might have online elements like leaderboards or something.

Edit: Forgot to mention that since 2011, Sony has been hacked multiple times. They are not someone I want handling my info if they can be compromised multiple times and cannot be trusted with it.

  • The April 2011 hack where 77 million PSN user info was obtained.

  • May 2011 22 million PSN user info is found for sale on the dark web. Including name, address, credit card, PSN account name and password.

  • November 2014 Hackers steal 100 Terrabytes of data from Sony Pictures

  • August 2017 Hackers Obtain Sony Social Media accounts

  • September 2023 Sony network hacked again.

  • October 2023 Sony notifies it's employees of the data breach.
